This class covers the 2023 NEC with respect to changes that have been made in both format & content, as well as intent. In addition to the changes, the class will cover why the changes were made and how the changes affect the workplace. Valid for 8 code hours. Must attend full 8 hours to receive credit.
Notes:
This is Part 1 of a two part NEC Changes class. To register for the full 16 hours towards license renewal, you will need to select one Part 1 class and one Part 2 class (or a combination of other credit classes equaling 16 hours). The class dates you select can be scheduled consecutively over one weekend, or can be taken with time in-between depending on your scheduling preference. The MN Dept of Labor will not give credit for the same class part taken more than once during a license renewal period, so be sure you're not registering for the same part number twice.
